What if my package arrived opened?

If your package arrived opened or damaged, please contact us right away. We will open a claim with the shipping carrier and replace it for you!

My Tracking says delivered, but there's no package at my door. What do I do?

Oh no! sadly it happens often (people stealing packages) Hopefully that is not the case for you! Contact us right away and we will ask our shipping carrier for a delivery proof and help you retrieve the package or we will replace it for you.

I didn't open my package or and I want to return it.

Sorry, we do not accept cancellations nor returns unless is due to an issue. But if you're not satisfied with the order, contact us and we will work really hard to resolve the problem.
